Sustainable Wildlife Area Restoration Movement will host a free four-part educational series titled SWARM Seminar Series. Each class will be held at the Tuscarawas County Public Library once a month for four months, beginning Jan. 30. Subsequent classes will be Feb. 27, March 27 and April 23. All classes will begin at 6:30 p.m. and are limited to 20 attendees.

RSVP to swarmtusc@gmail.com. One RSVP will guarantee a spot for the entire series, and because space is limited, RSVP with the intent to commit to all meeting dates.

This is an opportunity for those in the community who want to know more about pollinators, their lifestyles, native and invasive plants, ways to get involved to help aid pollinator populations, and everything in between.

This series will end at the beginning of spring when participants will be ready to put their newly obtained knowledge to work to best help pollinators.

The first presentation will consist of SWARM's mission, purpose and ways they are combating pollinator decline. In addition brief discussions of several issues to give ideas of what topics attendees would like to explore to better understand pollinator-related issues will take place.

Depending on the topic, each meeting will consist of a 45-minute presentation, followed by a 10- to 30-minute discussion. Before dismissing, participants will have discussed and agreed on the topic/ideas for the next meeting.
