Students recognized at career center
Lena Watson, Ashland High School, and Felicity Etzwiler, West Holmes High School, were named Career Center Students of the Month for October.
Watson, in the career center’s animal and veterinary science program, was named the Junior Student of the Month. She is the daughter of Todd and Heather Watson and resides in Ashland.
Etzwiler, in the career center’s graphic communications program, was named the Senior Student of the Month. She is the daughter of Melissa Pierce and resides in Millersburg.
Both students and their families were invited to the career center’s board of education meeting on Oct. 19, where each was presented with a certificate and pin.
