The Wayne County Board of Elections announced four changed polling locations along with special instructions for those voting at the Church of the Nazarene in Wooster, beginning with the upcoming March 19 primary election.

The changes include the following:

—The East Union Precinct 4 has moved from the East Union Township Building to the Apple Creek Historic Society, 185 Church St., Apple Creek.

—The Chippewa Precinct 1 has moved from the Chippewa Township Building to Klusch Hall and Marshallville Community Park in Marshallville.

—The Rittman Precinct 1 has moved from the Rittman Library's old building to the Rittman Library's new location at 75 N. Main St. in Rittman.

Elsewhere, construction is set to begin on March 19 on Oak Hill Road in Wooster, which affects polling at the Church of the Nazarene. Drives should approach from the south on Oak Hill and use the church drive just north of the roundabout (closest to the park) to access the polling location. Directional signs will be posted on election day.
