Hiland baseball will host its annual pasta dinner in the high school cafeteria prior to the Hawks’ basketball game with the Garaway Pirates on Friday, Jan. 24.

For Hiland Hawks athletic fans, it’s time for a night of great hardwood action preceded by the annual Hiland Baseball Pasta Dinner Fundraiser.
Filled with an Italian meal courtesy of Mary Ellen Beachy and served by the Hiland baseball players and coaching staff, the fundraiser will take place Friday, Jan. 24 from 4:30-7 p.m. in the Hiland High School cafeteria prior to the Hawks’ basketball game with the Garaway Pirates.
For those who haven’t attended this fundraiser, the menu will include a variety of pasta dishes, salad, garlic bread and desserts, plus some mood-setting Italian music that makes for a fun night out for singles, couples or families.
The cost of the meal is by donation, and all proceeds will go toward the Hiland Hawks baseball program. Along with the dinner, the baseball program will have its annual prize raffle.
Raffle tickets can be purchased in advance from a Hiland baseball player or during the pasta dinner. The cost is $2 per ticket or $10 for six tickets. The drawing will take place at 6:15 p.m. the night of the pasta dinner.
