Learn about solar at workshop
Millersburg Mennonite Church will host a workshop on solar energy on Dec. 9.
There are many ways to heat up a home or business, and one of those methods will be front and center in an upcoming seminar in Millersburg.
Anyone interested in learning more about solar power is invited to a solar workshop hosted by Millersburg Mennonite Church, 288 E. Jackson St., Millersburg, on Dec. 9.
The 10 a.m. workshop will start with sharing about the Millersburg Mennonite Church solar project, and then several members from the congregation will talk about their home solar systems. A solar professional also will offer some information.
The morning will end with a group Q-and-A time. Those wanting to mingle and ask questions of specific presenters are invited to bring a sack lunch and continue the conversation and questions over lunch.
