Matty Rd. closing for 3 days
Matty Road in Chester Township will be closed to through traffic between Gable Road and Bates Road for three days, beginning Tuesday, Sept. 5, for a bridge repair project.
The Wayne County Engineer's Office reports the following road closing in the northwest part of the county:
Matty Road in Chester Township will be closed to through traffic between Gable Road and Bates Road for three days, beginning Tuesday, Sept. 5, for a bridge repair project. All work is weather permitting.
The recommended detour is Gable Road, to Martin Road, to Bates Road and reverse. Detour signs will be posted.
