Members re-elect Boroski
At the annual meeting of the Ohio Council of Behavioral Health and Family Service Providers held Oct. 30-31, it was announced JJ Boroski, MA, LPCC-S, executive director of SpringVale Health Centers Inc. in Dover, was re-elected by the membership to serve on the board of trustees.
Boroski previously served on the Ohio Council Board of Trustees from January 2012 through December 2020. He served as the secretary/treasurer from 2017-18 and as president from 2018-20.
“I am excited to again serve on the board of trustees representing Tuscarawas and Carroll counties and being able to advocate for policy and legislation that promotes behavioral health as essential health care,” Boroski said.
The Ohio Council of Behavioral Health & Family Services Providers is a statewide trade and advocacy association representing over 165 private businesses providing community-based prevention, substance-use, mental health and family services throughout Ohio. Member organizations care for individuals and families across their life span by offering person-centered services and support.
For over 55 years, SpringVale Health Centers has continued to expand its offering of services to meet the growing health care needs of the community.
