OhioMeansJobs Tuscarawas County, 1260 Monroe St., New Philadelphia, will host Learning with Lynda.com on Wednesday, July 31 from 10 a.m. to noon.
Lynda.com is an online database free for library cardholders. It has over 120,000 video courses, taught by industry experts and designed for all skill levels.
For those without a library card, one will be made available at the workshop.
