PAWS for The Wayne County Dog Shelter, a local nonprofit, will host its second annual PAWS Crawl in downtown Wooster on Saturday, June 25 from 3-8 p.m.

Participants will be able to stroll downtown Wooster with their four-legged companions while taking advantage of DORA and supporting not only the dogs of the Wayne County Dog Shelter, but also downtown businesses.

The purpose of this event is to have fun while bringing awareness and raising funds for the needs of The Wayne County Dog Shelter and shelter dogs. Passports are $45 each and include six tickets to be used at any of the following locations during the event: Grigio Wine & Cocktail Bar, The Olde Jaol, The Leaf, Meatheads Union, Salsarojo, Spoon Market and JAFB. Each establishment will offer a beverage and food item. Dogs are not permitted inside establishments, unless otherwise indicated.

All proceeds from this event will go toward PAWS for WCDS 2022 goals: growing a sustainable spay and neuter program, purchasing an adoption trailer, and providing heartworm prevention and additional testing and vaccines to all the shelter dogs.
