Salvation Army dinner March 18
The Orrville Salvation Army-Maiwurm Service Center will host an in-person spaghetti supper fundraiser on March 18 from 5-7 p.m. at Orrville Christian Church.
The Orrville Salvation Army-Maiwurm Service Center will host an in-person spaghetti supper fundraiser on Saturday, March 18 from 5-7 p.m. The new location for the event is Orrville Christian Church, 925 N. Elm St., Orrville.
Presale tickets are encouraged and are on sale now. Ticket prices are $10 for adults and $4 for children age 4-10. Tickets can be purchased at the Salvation Army office, 401 W. High St., Orrville, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The supper will include spaghetti with homemade sauce and homemade meatballs, bread, salad, fruit, drinks, and your choice of a variety of desserts. Carryout will be available.
New this year will be a silent auction featuring specialty desserts, with winners able to take home a favorite dessert to share with family and friends.
The Heartland Strings quartet from Central Christian High School will provide the evening’s entertainment. A special award ceremony will be held at 6 p.m., recognizing 34-year Salvation Army board volunteer Darrell Smucker.
