Civil War Round Table to host annual trivia night
The mission of the Tuscarawas Valley Civil War Round Table is to educate the community about the American Civil War, preserve Civil War heritage and remember those who struggled for their cause.
The Tuscarawas Valley Civil War Round Table will hold a special Civil War-themed trivia night in memory of longtime member Steve Long on Thursday, Dec. 12 at 7 p.m. in the community room of the Dover Public Library, 525 N. Walnut St., across from Dover High School.
The mission of the Tuscarawas Valley Civil War Round Table is to educate the community about the American Civil War, preserve Civil War heritage and remember those who struggled for their cause.
The trivia night will be facilitated by living historian and frequent Round Table presenter Chris Hart and will be dedicated to Long, a community leader, reporter, actor, playwright and Civil War buff who passed away.
Those in attendance will be broken up into teams. Prizes will be awarded to the winning team.
