Family fun night offered at Tuscarawas County YMCA
Bring your own Nerf gun and safety goggles. The Y will provide standard Nerf darts.
The Tuscarawas County YMCA will hold its Family Night Nerf Wars March 7 from 5-7 p.m.
Children in first grade through eighth grade are invited to join the Y for a capture the flag style evening of play. Registration is $5 per youth for Y members and $10 per youth for community members. Registration is limited to 50 youth and is open through March 5. Parent participation is welcome at no extra charge.
“This is one of the most requested activities by the kids. They love it. I regularly have kids ask when the next one is,” said Jeff Bray, youth and family director.
Bring your own Nerf gun and safety goggles. The Y will provide standard Nerf darts. Snacks and prizes will be provided during the evening. A limited number of Nerf guns will be available to borrow on a first come, first served basis.
