Children’s Crafternoon

Kids in third grade through sixth grade are invited to explore various creative techniques and media as part of Orrville Public Library’s free monthly First Friday Crafternoons. On April 5 at 4 p.m., the group will create abstract art using Popsicle sticks as a stencil.

Registration is required and will begin Monday, March 25. Register by clicking the event on the library website calendar or by calling the children’s department.

Teen Book Box

The library offers Teen Book Boxes for those in sixth grade through 12th grade. Tell the library what you like and don’t like to read and staffers will create a customized box for you. Included in the box are two library books and some treats and trinkets.

You have until March 30 to register for the April Book Box. Registration can be completed through the library website calendar or by calling the information desk. Reserved Book Boxes will be available to pick up the week of April 8.
