Love Center has a very busy July
A total of 329 different families made a total of 454 visits to the Love Center during the month of July.
A total of 329 different families came to the Love Center during the month of July. Some families came in more than once, making a grand total of 454 visits. Food from the Akron-Canton Regional Food Bank was 58,733 pounds, and food donated by businesses, churches and individuals was 12,321 pounds. Volunteer hours served at the Love Center totaled 830.
Food and cash donations from churches and ministries included the following:
Clark Presbyterian Church, Faith Bible Church, Martins Creek Mennonite Church, Mennonite Christian Assembly, Seventh Day Adventist Church, St. John’s Evangelical Covenant Church, St. John’s Church of Walnut Creek and St. John’s Women’s Ministry in Millersburg.
