Love Center had many families visit during November
A total of 341 different families came to the Love Center during the month of November. Some families came in more than once, making a grand total of 406 visits. Food from the Akron-Canton Regional Food Bank was 37,296 pounds, and food donated by businesses, churches and individuals was 9,007 pounds. Volunteer hours served at the Love Center totaled 747.
Food and cash donations from churches and ministries included Amazing Grace Baptist Temple, Community Bible Church, Faith Bible Church, Gospel Haven Church, Holmesville Church of Christ, Martins Creek Mennonite Church, National Christian Foundation, St. John’s Church in Millersburg, St. John’s Church of Walnut Creek, St. John’s Women’s Ministry in Millersburg and Zion Reformed Church.
