Orrville Area United Way, in partnership with The Salvation Army Orrville-Maiwurm Service Center, is raising awareness about two Percy Programs: Happy Feet and Sweet Dreams. These ongoing initiatives aim to support children and families in the community by providing resources and services.

Happy Feet

The Happy Feet program ensures children have access to proper footwear. Qualifying families receive two vouchers per child each year, redeemable at Shoe Dept. stores, to provide new shoes for their children.

Sweet Dreams

The Sweet Dreams program provides children and youth with a complete bed set including a bed frame, mattress, sheets, blankets and pillow. This program aims to provide a safe and comfortable sleeping environment for children age 2-18.

Eligibility and service areas

Both programs are available to children residing in Dalton, Kidron, Marshallville, North Lawrence and Orrville. Families with incomes up to 250% of the Federal Poverty Level are eligible for these programs. Happy Feet and Sweet Dreams are funded by Orrville Area United Way and administered in partnership with The Salvation Army Orrville-Maiwurm Service Center.
