Summary: Congressman Jim Renacci’s staff set up shop at the Wayne County Public Library on Jan. 23 to assist constituents with problems. Members of Congressman Jim Renacci’s staff step up shop at the main branch of the Wayne County Public Library on Jan. 23 when Renacci held his first ever Mobile Office event in the Sixteenth Congressional District. On hand for the event were members of Renacci’s staff from his local office in Canton including Community Relations Coordinator Thomas Queen and Constituent Service Representative David Dobo. Renacci’s staff members were available to provide assistance to constituents on a variety of services and issues including Medicare, Veterans Affairs, Social Security, the Internal Revenue Service and matters regarding federal legislation. “These mobile offices will provide residents of the Sixteenth District an opportunity to meet with members of my staff and discuss matters that are important to them,” said Renacci in a press statement. “Providing constituent services is a responsibility I take very seriously,” said Renacci adding “my goal is to ensure my office’s services are of the highest quality and are as convenient as possible for the people we serve.” In addition to the stop in Wooster, the Mobile Office also made a stop at the Medina County District Library in downtown Media on Jan. 25. Queen noted that the Congressman would like to hold additional Mobile Office sessions in the future in order to bring the office’s services to the people. According to Dobo, constituents who need assistance who were unable to attend the Mobile Office event may contact Constituent Service Director Heidi Matthews in the Congressman’s Canton office by calling 330-489-4414.
