Horse and rider performed as one as the Wayne County Fair held its annual Open Contest Horse Show during the opening day of the Wayne County Fair on September 10.
In addition to traditional barrel, ball and flag racing the contest also featured an exhibition by local mounted shooting enthusiasts.
Billed as Ohios Foremost Agricultural Fair, the Wayne County Fair celebrated its 162nd anniversary in 2011.
