SUMMARY: Suspect arrested in Ottawa County believed to be behind Oct. 3 robbery of Apple Creek Banking Co. branch Charges are expected next week against a Wooster woman who allegedly robbed a Market Street bank. Wooster Police are expected to bring charges against Heather Beasley, 24, last known address 353 1/2 E. Bowman St., at the next session of the grand jury, WPD Sgt. Robert Merillat said. The charges are a result of an investigation into the robbery Oct. 3 of the Apple Creek Banking Company’s Market Street branch by a female suspect. Beasley and Steven Perales, 45, were arrested Oct. 11 after allegedly robbing a bank in Ottawa County. They are suspected in the robbery of a Toledo bank as well. The Apple Creek Banking Company robbery occurred when a female suspect entered the bank and handed a teller a note demanding cash. The suspect left after receiving an unspecified amount of money. Merillat said Perales is also suspected in the robbery, but is unsure whether charges will be brought against Perales. Both Beasley and Perales have a history of minor criminal convictions in Wayne County Municipal court.
