When Miriam Hilty talks about the benefits of natural foods and vitamins, her whole face lights up. You know before she tells you, Im doing this because its my passion.
Miriam is managing her family owned business, New Horizon Naturals, a new store in Millersburg selling natural and organic foods, vitamins, supplements and personal care products. Conveniently located in the plaza with Jitters and Family Dollar, it Millersburgs newest source for all things healthy.
But this is more than a place to buy products. Its a place to get the kind of personal attention many people need in finding the right product for their unique situation, for the problems theyre dealing with, or the results they are looking for. If someone comes in and wants just a Vitamin C, and you show them ten different ones, youre probably going to confuse them more than help them, said Hilty. Instead, she explained, you try to find out what results theyre looking for, then direct them to the right product.
With ten years experience in the natural foods industry, Hilty and the staff at New Horizon Naturals have a lot of answers to share on how to make ones life better. Their Grand Opening on Friday and Saturday, June 24 and 25, will be a good time to sample products, and get questions answered.
