“No” is not a bad word

I remember when my children were learning the word “no” and used it every other word. Even “No, Mommy” was common for them, which we know is a healthy part of development. But for some reason as adults, we forget how to use the word. Let me help you reintroduce this time- and sanity-saving word back into your vocabulary. It is difficult to say “no” even to ourselves sometimes, in a great big world full of endless opportunities, but it is the first step toward better time management.
