Ember Complete Care Inc. is the region’s largest privately owned home healthcare provider. They accept Medicaid, Medicare and most Managed Care plans for their patients’ convenience. An in-home care provider, Ember provides skilled medical care and non-medical custodial support services for daily living that include bathing, dressing and meal preparation but may also extend to assistance with transportation, paying bills, making appointments and simply being there to provide companionship and emotional support for patients in a time of recovery. “We help our patients reach their goals without a hospital,” said Clinical Director Michelle Bryden R.N. “Our motto at Ember is; It’s good to be home. Our trained staff can help patients in their homes where they are most comfortable and most able to heal.” Ember has more than 300 home health care aides, 40 nurses, three physical therapists and three physical therapy assistants to care for 575 patients in Coshocton, Harrison and Tuscarawas Counties. Staff members receive in-service educational training so they can offer their patients the very best care. Home care services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for patients of all ages including those with mental illness. Ember can guide patients and their families in choosing the best care to help them recover quickly.
