Dogs4Warriors mission is to provide service dogs and the training to veterans in need at no cost.

                        

Forever Young Singers will perform Friday, July 13 from 6:30-8 p.m. at Bud and Tooties, 601 N. High St., New Philadelphia, as a fundraiser for Dogs4Warriors and Combat Veterans Initiative. A cover charge is by donation.

A local artist, Patricia Crolley, is donating an oil painting for which raffle tickets are being sold. There also will be a 50/50 and a silent auction. An early dinner is available after 5 p.m. that includes rigatoni, meatballs, salad, bread and dessert for $6.

Forever Young Singers is an all-volunteer group that formed in 2006. It’s made up of men and women over 50 from the area. The group rehearses every Thursday at noon at the Tuscarawas Senior Center, 425 Prospect St., Dover. They perform in nursing homes, rehab centers and various organizations in the area.
