The Dover Public Library will host a free community program on healthy living called “Getting Back on Track for the New Year” on Saturday, Jan. 13 at 2 p.m.

Presented by certified health and wellness coach Sue Hardesty-Ritenour, this program will provide simple steps and strategies for people interested in working toward a healthier lifestyle. Hardesty-Ritenour is a health coach at Gaining a Healthy Lifestyle and also is the author of “Love Your Food Again: Ingredient Substitutions for Allergy-Free Living.”
