Pomerene Family Care locations merge to offer care under one roof

Pomerene Family Care North and South have now merged into one practice at one location.
Dr. D.J. McFadden and Dr. Hannah Miedel have joined the office of Debra Lewis, FNP-C, in the Millersburg Medical Center located at 1261 Wooster Road, Suite 200, Millersburg.
The practices of Pomerene Family Care South and North are combining offices to better serve their patients and the Holmes County community.
Dr. McFadden and Dr. Miedel will be joining an outstanding group of providers and services at the Millersburg Medical Center, said Tony Snyder, CEO of Pomerene Hospital. Those services include surgical services, OBGYN, midwifery, multi-specialty services, and lab and therapy services. We will continue to provide high quality care for our patients but will now have the additional support of colleagues and other services all at one location.
Patients of McFadden and Miedel have been notified of the office relocation and all providers are currently seeing patients at the new location.
Under Pomerene Family Care McFadden, Miedel and Lewis will offer the full spectrum of family practice services including pediatric care, womens health, obstetrics, care of chronic conditions, acute care and travel medicine as well as reproductive health and family planning services.
Office hours will continue Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Various weeknight and weekend hours will also be available.
