Red Hot Mamas menopause group to meet on sleep, moods

Feeling emotionally fragile with symptoms like fatigue, irritability, anxiety, tension and depression? Have you noticed any changes in your sleep patterns, experiencing insomnia and/or waking episodes?
Lisa Naidu, RPSGT, sleep technologist for the Wooster Community Hospital (WCH) Sleep Disorders Center, and Diane Field, RN, manager of The Womens Pavilion at WCH, will present Whats Happening to Me? My Sleep, My Memory, My Moods, My Self at the WCH Red Hot Mamas menopause management education program meeting Tuesday, May 4, at 6:30 p.m., in the hospital auditorium.
Naidu and Field will address these issues and help attendees understand the hormonal changes that occur during and after the menopause transition that influence sleep, memory, moods, and self.
