SpringHaven Counseling Center is looking forward to the challenge of finding a home.
Until now, the offices have been in a small space at The Pier Community Center near Mt. Eaton.
Recently a property has become available to SpringHaven that would allow development of an Amish Rest Haven alongside the counseling offices.
For the past two years conversations have been held with Oaklawn/Rest Haven in Indiana, and they have strongly encouraged developing a Rest Haven model here in Holmes/Wayne County. This would help people with not needing to drive so far.
A meeting will be held to discuss this matter Thursday, March 25, at 6:30 p.m., at Keim Lumber, located at 4465 SR 557, Charm. All are welcome to attend.
