Aunt E will visit the library with a variety of baby goats.

                        

The Tuscarawas County Public Library System invites the community to Animal Encounters. The events will be as follows:

—Baby Goats at the Strasburg Branch Library, 356 Fifth St. SW, Strasburg, on Thursday, Oct. 3 at 5 p.m. Aunt E will bring baby goats to the library.

—Baby Goats at the Sugarcreek Branch Library, 120 S. Broadway, on Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 5 p.m. Aunt E will visit the library with a variety of baby goats. Bring a blanket or chair to sit on.

—Cows in Tusky at the Warwick and Lions Manor, 416 E. Cherry St., Tuscarawas, on Thursday, Oct. 17 at 5 p.m.

—Chick Hatching at the Strasburg Branch Library on Tuesday, Oct. 22 at 6 p.m. OSU Extension educator Michelle will discuss chick hatching and will leave eggs to hatch at the library.

—Reindeer at the Tuscarawas County Main Library, 121 Fair Ave. NW, New Philadelphia, on Saturday, Nov. 16 at 11 a.m. Visit with reindeer during the library’s Holiday Open House.

—Akron ZooMobile at the Bolivar Branch Library, 455 W. Water St., on Saturday, Nov. 16 at 1 p.m. Join the Akron ZooMobile to learn about and interact with three live animal ambassadors. There’s a limit of 60 attendees.
