Career center’s White Apron Restaurant will host buffet
The Ashland County-West Holmes Career Center’s culinary careers students will offer a holiday buffet in the White Apron Restaurant.
The Ashland County-West Holmes Career Center’s culinary careers students will offer a holiday buffet on Thursday, Dec. 13 from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. in the White Apron Restaurant.
The buffet will include cranberry walnut gelatin salad, brussel sprout salad with sherry vinaigrette, butternut squash soup, bacon-wrapped pork loin with cherries, orange-cardamom roasted game hens, gnocchi mac ‘n’ cheese with bacon, glazed carrots, broccoli tomato casserole, loaded scalloped potatoes, and a dessert table and beverage. The price for the buffet is $9.25 per person (tax and gratuity not included).
The White Apron Restaurant is located in the Ashland County-West Holmes Career Center at 1783 state Route 60 in Ashland.
