Join the Friends of the Loudonville Library on Monday, May 6 at 2 p.m. in the lower level of the Loudonville Public Library for a cooking demonstration and taste of restaurant fare prepared by Ethan Burley, local chef at the Copper Mug Grille at Landoll’s Mohican Castle.

Burley grew up outside Shreve and graduated from West Holmes High School in 2008. He has extensive on-the-job training and has earned ServSafe certification.

Burley cooked at Broken Rocks Café and Bakery in Wooster for 10 years, followed by a stint at the Black Fork Bistro in Loudonville.

When he is not cooking, Burley enjoys fishing and being outdoors. He has a hobby of raising tarantulas, which he sells at shows.
