Jammin’ Food Truck Fest is in its 4th year at Schoenbrunn
The Dennison Railroad Depot Museum System will have the fourth annual Jammin’ Food Truck Fest on Saturday, Sept. 1 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the lower level of Historic Schoenbrunn Village in New Philadelphia.
Participating food trucks and food vendors will offer a wide variety of specialties such as specialty ice creams, walking tacos, barbecue classics and fusion, smoked meats, comfort food, mac-n-cheese, pizza, specialty drinks, treats and more.
Vendors will include Cheezylicious, Ross Mountain BBQ, Two Guys and a Grill, Smokin’ Rock N Roll, Raging Avocado, and Pit Stop Creamery. The event also will have a beer garden throughout the lower level.
Nonfood vendors will set up in the shopping section featuring Pampered Chef, Jamby Leggins, Scentsy, Keep Collective and Perfectly Posh.
The onstage lineup will be hosted by Hitchcock Sound Company with disc jockey services throughout the day. Live music will start with Saxy Rob from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Daniels & Rinehart from 2-4 p.m., and Randy Velez from 5-7 p.m.
In addition to food and live music taking place all day, attendees can partake in playing bocce and badminton. There is no registration required for these events. A variety of open activities also will take place on the lawn such as volleyball, corn-hole, horse-shoes and classic children’s games.
The event is free to all. A donation of $3 will provide visitors with a wristband to receive a $1 discount on each beverage purchased at the museum’s drink tent, beer garden, wine tasting and a $1-off admission into Schoenbrunn Village museum and site.
All proceeds will benefit the Dennison Railroad Depot Museum, Historic Schoenbrunn Village, and the Museum of Clay Industry and Folk Art.
This family-friendly event will be held rain or shine. Historic Schoenbrunn Village is at 1984 E. High Ave., New Philadelphia. Parking for the event will be in the lower level.
