The Tuscarawas County Public Library System has begun offering print-on-the-go service at its five locations around Tuscarawas County: Main, Bolivar, Strasburg, Sugarcreek and Tuscarawas.

“Customers can submit a print job from home or their mobile device and then pick it up from their nearest library location,” director Michelle McMorrow Ramsell said.

The service allows individuals to upload their documents, PDF, image or other files from the library’s website or from the Public Print Locations App from a smart device. Simply choose a print source, upload a file and then pick a library location by name or zip code.

According to Ramsell, printing is only available on white paper, and the cost for black and white copies is 10 cents per page. Colored copies are 25 cents per page. After 24 hours, if the document isn’t printed, it will be deleted and will not be able to be recovered.

“We are pleased to offer this service during a time where many find themselves working and learning from home,” Ramsell said.
