Born March 25, 1921, in Tippecanoe, Jane was a daughter of the late John and Ora Kinsey. She was a dear, sweet soul, considerate and giving to a fault, who did not have an unkind word for anyone. Surviving are a daughter, Susan J. Spear of Lake Milton (partner, Bob Francis); sons, Benny W. Spear of Bellevue, Neb., and John R. Spear of Petaluma, Calif.; two grandsons, Gregory J. and Robert A. Spear; a great-grandson, Kai G. Spear; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. “Bob” Spear, whom she married in 1939; sisters, Blanche Zimmerly, Mary Milleson, and Lucille Morris; and brothers, Ray and Floyd Kinsey.
