Grace Lucille Boswell

Grace Lucille Boswell, 91, of Millersburg passed away Friday, August 1, 2014 at Sycamore Run Nursing Home, Millersburg following a short illness. Grace was born Oct. 15, 1922 in Wayne County. She was the daughter of Elmer George and Nora Susannah (Hartel) Ryneer. In 1962 she married John Edward Boswell. He died Sept. 24, 1999. Grace was a member of the Lutheran Church in Marshallville. She liked to play bingo and work on crossword puzzles. Grace loved flowers and enjoyed sipping a glass of wine. Grace is survived by her two daughters, Carla McDowell-Barnhart of Millersburg and Kathie Kuhn of Macedonia; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Wanda Graham of Wooster; and brothers, Fred Ryneer of Wooster and Victor Ryneer of Smithville. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Alta Ramseyer, Goldie Spear, Bertha Bowman, Maxine Ferguson, Violet Hoskinson, Dorothy Franks, Shirley Iceman and Cathern Gerstenslager; brothers, George, Charles and Richard Ryneer; son-in-law, John Kuhn and a great-grandson, Matthew Kuhn. Funeral services were held at noon Saturday, August 9, 2014 at the Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg with Pastor Jerry Craycraft officiating. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery, Millersburg.
