James C. Singer, 78, of West Lebanon, died Thursday, May 2, 2013 at his home. He was born in Cadiz Dec. 15, 1934 to the late Everett and Pauline Singer and retired from the Norfolk and Western Railroad in 1984. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict and a member of the Navarre VFW. He is survived by a son, Gary Singer of Beach City; and his companion, Louise Hennen of New Philadelphia. Following his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services. Spidell Funeral Home in Mount Eaton is handling the arrangements.
