Joe M. Miller, 76, of Millersburg, died Jan. 24, 2010, at his residence, following period of declining health. Born Oct. 13, 1933, in Millersburg, Joe was a son of the late Mose and Rebecca Miller. Surviving are his wife, Bena Miller, whom he married in 1993; children, Jonas (Katieann) Miller of Millersburg, Perry (Anna) Miller of the home, Albert (Katie) Miller and Aden (Mary) Miller, both of Millersburg, John (Laura) Miller of Mt. Eaton, Joseph (Katie) Miller of Millersburg, and Katie Miller of the home; 33 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and brothers, Noah, Sam, and Ben Miller, all of Millersburg, and Albert Miller of Baltic. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary J. Miller, whom he married in 1957; two sisters; three brothers; and two grandchildren. Services were held Jan. 27, 2010, at the Miller residence, with Bishop Jonas A. Yoder officiating. Burial was in Miller Cemetery, Berlin Township. Smith-Varns Funeral Home, Sugarcreek, handled arrangements.
