Leon H. Mast, 24, of Millersburg, died Jan. 23, 2010, at his residence, following a courageous battle with cancer.
Leon was born Oct. 1, 1985, in Dover, to Henry and Amanda Mast of Millersburg. He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving are a brother, Wayne (Lena) Mast of Dundee; sisters, Elsie (Aden) Raber of Baltic, Cindy (Ivan) Yoder and Miriam (Vernon) Burkholder, both of Sugarcreek, and Ruby Mast (friend, Matt Miller) and Marietta Mast, both of the home; grandfather, Wayne D. Troyer of Sugarcreek; seven nephews, Jonathon, Josiah, Jamie, Darrin, Jason, JaDean, and Adam; and six nieces, Rhoda, Anita, Sylvia, Erika, JoEtta, and Angie.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Eli Mast; and grandmothers, Susie Mast and Mary Troyer.
Services were held Jan. 26, 2010, at the Mast residence, with Bishop Emanuel L. Troyer officiating. Burial was in Troyer Cemetery, Paint Township.
Arrangements were handled by Smith-Varns Funeral Home, Sugarcreek.
