Tamara S. Bergen, 49, of Columbus, formerly of Killbuck, died May 31, 2010, at University Hospital East, Columbus, with her daughter at her side.
Tamara was born Nov. 3, 1960, in Cambridge, to Carolyn and the late Herschel Lashley.
Surviving are a daughter, Casey Jo (Tim) Bergen of Killbuck; three grandchildren, Ciela Kim, Tierra Sue, and Phillip Ronald, all of Killbuck; mother and stepfather, Sue and John Landon of Killbuck; brother, Jeff (Kari) Lashley of Gahanna; sister, Teresa Lashley of Killbuck; two nieces, Blair McCombs and Kristin Lashley; a nephew, Justin Lashley; two great-nieces, Kadence and Kenna; stepbrother, Jack P. (Bobbi) Landon of Glenmont; stepsister, Denise (Bruce) Holcomb of Killbuck; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many loving friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ron Bergen; sister, Tracey; a niece, Bresa; and her grandparents.
Memorial graveside services in Killbuck Cemetery will be announced at a later date. There will be no calling hours.
