Eclipz Malyn Garabrandt, 8, of Dennison, died along with her sister, Viktorya, as the result of a tragic house fire.
Born Sept. 3, 2002, in Dover, Eclipz was a daughter of Kevin Ray Garabrandt of Uhrichsville and Danielle Ralyn Dickey and her husband, Mark, of the home. Eclipz was a student at Park Elementary School, Dennison, who loved playing softball, singing, going to church, getting good grades, and spending time with her friends and family.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a stepsister and stepbrother, Katelyn and Matthew Dickey of the home; maternal grandmother, Tammie (James) Maxwell of Uhrichsville; maternal great-grandmother, Patty Dryden (companion, Butch) of Uhrichsville; paternal grandmother, Cindy (Cliff) Sommers of Dennison; paternal great-grandparents, Sylvia and Kenneth Garabrandt of Uhrichsville; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandfather, Jerry Dryden; and maternal great-great-grandmother, Louise Sanner.
Services will be held Jan. 13, at 11 a.m., at R.K. Lindsey Funeral Home, Dennison, with Pastor Kermit Hall officiating. Interment will follow in Uhrichsvilles Union Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to call Jan. 12, from 5-8 p.m.
