OBITUARY

                        
William J. Hanlon, 65, of Wooster, died March 3, 2010, at his home. William was born June 9, 1944, in East Liverpool, to the late William E. and Elinore Hanlon. He was a member of the Nazarene Church and American Legion Post 68, Wooster, and enjoyed fishing. He served his country with the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. Surviving are his wife, Peggy Ann Hanlon, whom he married in 1968; sons, Chad (Jessica) Hanlon of East Liverpool and Bryan A Hanlon of Wooster; 10 grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren; brother, Dale E. Hanlon Sr. of Steubenville; and sister, Judith Farnsworth of East Liverpool. He was preceded in death by a son, William J. Hanlon Jr.; brother, Ernest Hanlon; and sister, Dorothy Cameron. Private family services will be held at a later date. McIntire, Davis & Greene Funeral Home, Wooster, assisted with arrangements.
