William Lee “Bill” Thomas, 58, of Uhrichsville, formerly of Cambridge, died Feb. 6, 2010, at Pomerene Hospital, Millersburg, following a lengthy illness. Born June 8, 1951, in Cambridge, Bill was a son of the late William Harris and Delores Ann Thomas. A resident of the area since 1990, he had previously lived in Cambridge for most of his life. Locally, he attended Grace United Methodist Church, Uhrichsville. Surviving are his wife, Sylvia M. Thomas, whom he married in 1984; sisters, Susan (Carlisle) McKee of Massillon and Robert (Norman) Nodine of Missouri; brother, Robert Thomas of Cambridge; and several nieces and nephews. Services were held Feb. 10, 2010, at R.K. Lindsey Funeral Home, Dennison. Those wishing to honor his memory by a charitable contribution may do so to the Huntington’s Disease Society.
