Aspen Racquet Club to host Wooster Open tennis
Aspen Racquet Club will host the second annual Wooster Open tennis tournament July 26-28. Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the game, this tournament offers players of all levels a chance to come together and celebrate the sport of tennis. Each player will be guaranteed two matches in each event.
All proceeds from this event will benefit local high school tennis programs, providing scholarships and creating tennis opportunities for aspiring athletes.
Entry fees are $25 for singles and $20 per doubles player or $40 per team. Registration is at www.eventcreate.com/e/woosteropen with the deadline on July 23 at 5 p.m.
Participants can compete in a maximum of two events. USTA rules will be followed, and an automatic 10-point tiebreaker will determine the winner if sets are split.
