Dems should stop complaining and support the president

Letter to the Editor,

Well, well, well, the Democrats showed their true colors because all the Democratic senators blocked the bill that banned men from competing in women’s sports. They say they are for women’s rights. This is truly disgusting.

For the Trump haters, I would like to remind them President Trump won not only the Electoral College, but also the popular vote and carried all the swing states. The country gave him a mandate to close the southern border to keep criminals, drugs and human traffickers out of our country. Kristi Noem and Tom Homan are doing just that, and the goal is to make America safe again.

I watched his March 4 address to a joint session of Congress. The Democrats acted like a bunch of spoiled brats and sat there trying to disrupt everything he said. They didn’t stand or clap for anything, and it was especially rude when there was no reaction to the 12-year-old boy who had cancer a few years ago being given an honorary Secret Service badge. No reaction to the family of Laken Riley, who was brutally murdered when she was out for a run on the University of Georgia campus. Didn’t stand for the family of Jocelyn Nungary, also brutally murdered. Didn’t stand when Trump announced a young man had been accepted into West Point.

The Democrats got shellacked in the November 2024 election and are wondering what happened. The country saw through all their phoniness and lawfare of the past four years and elected Donald Trump to fix the mess and national nightmare created by the Biden-Harris regime. Instead of constantly complaining about our president, why not wish him the very best in Making America Great Again, which will be wonderful for everyone in this country.
