Voters didn’t choose Harris, it was a coronation
Letter to the Editor,
Who chose Kamala? It wasn’t voters because Biden’s 14 million primary votes were given to Kamala. In four weeks she went from being the worst liability for Biden, when he was the presumptive nominee, and the Democratic Party to the second coming of Christ without giving one interview, no debating and without a single policy anyone thinks isn’t ridiculous. It’s not a democracy; it’s a coronation.
She keeps saying that on day one she will fix the economy and fix the southern border disaster. Hello, she’s been in office since Jan. 20, 2021. If she has all these great ideas, why doesn’t she tell Joe and fix everything now because she’s actually in office?
I’ve heard her say she was the last one in the room with Biden on important decisions such as the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan that killed 13 U.S. military personnel at Abbey Gate. Today is Aug. 27, 2024, a day after the third anniversary of the disastrous Afghanistan debacle. Trump laid a wreath at Arlington to honor the 13 Americans killed that day. Biden and Harris should have been there, but no, Biden was on the beach, and Harris and Tim Walz were on the campaign trail. Do you really want four more years of this uncaring administration? Because if Kamala is elected, it will be Biden’s second term.
Trump is not perfect, but I remember his four years in office when I could buy gas and groceries and still have money left over at the end of the month. When Trump was president, our enemies feared us, and our allies respected us.
Think about this on Nov. 5!
