Navy Fireman Apprentice Mark Dugan reports for duty

Navy Fireman Apprentice Mark A. Dugan, son of Michelle L. Dugan of Bolivar and Randolph M. Dugan of New Philadelphia, recently reported for duty aboard the aircraft carrier USS George H. W. Bush, home ported in Newport News, Va. Dugan is a 2007 graduate of Tuscarawas Valley High School of Zoarville, and joined the Navy in May 2009.
