Candle dipping class offered
Fort Laurens will host a pioneer candle dipping class with the experts from Midwest Native Skills Institute.
Fort Laurens will host a pioneer candle dipping class with the experts from Midwest Native Skills Institute on Saturday, Sept. 21 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
During the workshop participants will learn the technique of candle dipping, dating back to ancient Egypt, and experiment with different dipping methods, colors and textures.
The class is suitable for candle-makers of all skill sets. Limited spaces are available for the workshop. Preregistration is required by Sept. 18.
