Dover Library to introduce new club for all film lovers
Patrons are invited to check out a copy of the movie of the month and watch it before the meeting.
The Dover Public Library announced a new film-discussion club. Critics’ Choice is a new club for film lovers and those who want to learn more about the movies.
Led by library assistant Steven Shroyer, the club operates similar to a book club. Patrons are invited to check out a copy of the movie of the month and watch it before the meeting.
For the inaugural meeting, the film that will be discussed is Orson Welles’ “Citizen Kane.”
The group will hold its first meeting on Monday, Oct. 21 in the library board room at 6 p.m. with subsequent meetings on the third Monday of the month.
