Adventure Harley-Davidson receives Gold Bar and Shield Award

Adventure Harley-Davidson was recently awarded Harley-Davidson Motor Companys 2011 calendar year Gold Bar & Shield Circle of Excellence Award. This award is given to the top four Harley-Davidson dealerships in each U.S. region. Adventure Harley-Davidson earned the award based on their motorcycle and related product sales performance, an evaluation of customer service and satisfaction, and various operational measures.
This is the fourth time Adventure has been recognized as a Bar & Shield winner in the last five years.
One of the primary reasons the Harley-Davidson brand has such tremendous customer loyalty is because of the efforts of dealers such as Mike and Franscene Davis, said Mike Kennedy, Harley-Davidsons vice president of North America. Adventure Harley-Davidson, 1465 State Route 39 NW, Dover, has been in business in the Dover area since 2003. Mike and Franscene Davis also own two other dealerships: Mad River Harley-Davidson in Sandusky, and Rubber City Harley-Davidson in Akron.
