Aspen names assistant tennis pro
Adam Slomski has been named assistant head pro and director of junior tennis at the Aspen Racquet Club in Wooster.
Adam Slomski has been named assistant head pro and director of junior tennis at the Aspen Racquet Club.
Slomski, a former high school varsity assistant coach for North Royalton High School and Hawken School, is a USPTA-certified professional. In his most recent role at Center Court Tennis Club, he was influential in developing players of all ages and abilities. Many of his students in the junior programs at Center Court have succeeded in high school and college tennis under his instruction. Slomski’s motto for teaching is “embrace the development process, work tirelessly on improving your game, and results will follow naturally.”
“The Aspen Racquet Club is very excited to welcome Adam to our team,” said Kent Smith, Aspen’s director of tennis. “Adam has over four years of experience teaching tennis players from elementary age through seniors. His dedication to tennis is evident in his passion on the court. Adam is filling a need for us to expand our capacity with the growth in our tennis programming, open play, leagues and the popularity of pickleball continuing to explode.”
Aspen Racquet Club is a professionally staffed indoor tennis club serving players of all abilities and ages. The club opened its doors in January 2018 and offers members and the public programming in a facility that spans 48,000 square feet.
