CSB announces addition of Steven Bailey to senior management team

Eddie Steiner, president and CEO of CSB Bancorp, Inc., recently announced the appointment of Steven R. Bailey to the senior management team of CSB. Bailey was appointed senior vice president, chief operations and chief information officer of CSB and its wholly-owned subsidiary, The Commercial & Savings Bank.
Were thrilled to have Steve join the CSB team, stated Steiner. His experience within the banking industry aligns perfectly with our vision for CSB and we look forward to his active leadership within the company.
Baileys career spans more than 15 years in senior level banking positions and 15 years in senior level accounting at small and medium business entities. He holds degrees from Indiana University and Troy University, attended the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University and is a certified trust and financial advisor. Bailey most recently held the position of regional branch administrator with First Bank of Berne in Berne, Ind.
Bailey and his wife, Diane, plan to relocate to the area from Decatur, Ind., where he was very active in the community. His past civic activities include serving as president of the local board of education, county campaign chair for United Way, president of the local chamber of commerce board, and active in Rotary and Habitat for Humanity.
